Returns & Exchanges

At Dermalogica, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
